Women Entrepreneurship Program
A 6-month transformative journey for early-stage women founders — built under the DS Brar Center for Girls and Women in STEM at Plaksha University. Access, aspiration, and achievement, without limits.
Women entrepreneurs across India are building powerful, scalable ventures. The barrier isn't ability — it's the ecosystem around you. She Innovates is designed to close that gap, deliberately and structurally.
Women-led ventures receive a fraction of VC funding. We help you become pitch-ready and connect with the right investors.
Build your founder narrative and personal brand so the right people know what you're creating.
Warm introductions to mentors, incubators, and ecosystem leaders curated for your stage.
A 6-month cohort — not a one-off workshop — with mentors, faculty, and peers invested in your growth.
"The most powerful tech companies of the next decade will be built by women who refused to wait for permission."— She Innovates · Cohort 2026

Looking for stronger systems, sharper strategy, and the right network to grow.
Able to dedicate time to a structured 6-month cohort — virtual sessions plus in-person immersion.
No prior formal training required — just a willingness to learn, share, and grow with your cohort.
Six months of structured momentum — translated into outcomes you can point to, build on, and pitch with.
Designed for female startup owners who've moved beyond the earliest stage and now need the right support system to scale thoughtfully.
Clearer business model, stronger growth direction, and better acquisition and retention readiness.
Participants gain access to mentors, peer founders, and ecosystem leaders — plus possible investor and incubator connections that often outlast the cohort itself.
By the end of the structured journey, founders walk away with clearer messaging, sharper pitch readiness, stronger negotiation confidence, and an actionable roadmap for their next stage.
The process is simple — submit the form, and shortlisted founders are screened through a 1:1 conversation with the team before the final cohort is confirmed.
Beyond the sessions, the programme leaves founders better positioned to expand — with credibility, structure, community support, and sharper marketing and branding tools.
Over 36 women founders have participated in this programme. Here's what they say.
I especially enjoyed the personalized sessions and advice on personal branding and marketing. Most of all, I am happy that there is this community of female entrepreneurs that I am now a part of, and that we can lean on each other for support.
When working in our startups, we get so busy in day-to-day firefighting that we forget to look back at why we started. This programme ignited the fire, gave us new ideas, and pulled us back to our original vision.
